After your initial consult and Kinesiology assessment you will be given a series of Neuro-Training formats to do on yourself. The more you use the Neuro-Training outlined in your treatment the clearer you will function. It involves clearing the stress patterns and reconnecting your nervous system to work properly again. This way you can heal yourself better. You can use them for many things. allergies, stress, detoxification, changing behaviours, changing thought patterns or use the Neuro-Training because you want to get better at something. How often you use it will depend on how often you need to use it. This is identified within the private session. Follow up sessions may be required each 4-8 weeks for support. If you are too sick or weak to do the trainings on yourself, private appointments are available for someone to perform them on you. Keep in mind, you do not have to be sick to benefit from any of these trainings.
What does Neuro Training involve? Some require you to firmly stimulate reflex points on your body. While other training may include a new plan or strategy. You may tap a series of acupressure points to free fears blockages while others require you to stimulate the acupressure pathways in certain directions. You may be required to use certain eye directions and breathing phases to train yourself better options on a subconscious level. There are many ways to train you and your subconscious to do better.
Symptoms of Stress Stress reactions may show as many things such as an inability to sleep well, sore aching muscles, allergies, headaches, slow learning abilities, relationship stress or other emotional and energetic imbalances. Any of these symptoms can appear in people of all ages, including young children and babies. A stress reaction can show as different symptoms.
